I conducted a User Experience project in 2016 using a solid human centered design process to create a solution for this problem: how to get new members into NSW Clubs while retaining current memberships. My app - Club Hop - improves a customer's experience of Clubs and can help the sign in process as well as facilitate working from Clubs with simpler check-ins. Important to note: this solution was created prior to the Covid-19 pandemic and would have been just as useful before that event as it is now!
