Signage & Wraps

Signage and wraps - they are often some of the biggest physical designs possible. They can have a tremendous impact in the spaces in which they stand and need to be designed differently to other kinds of media. I have created signage and wraps for promotional spaces inside some of the Clubs in Sydney, along with vehicles and outdoor signage. My signage aims to be clear, draw attention and promote the brand of the business in focus.

Club Rivers is dedicated to supporting their local community. I was able to design artwork for a range of collateral including email signatures, video displays, building signage and a bus wrap to help show brightness, freshness, positivity and strong branding. Each of these designs demonstrated consistency in structure, headline and supporting imagery in line with the Club Rivers brand identity.

Moorebank-Liverpool District Hockey Club is one of the oldest hockey clubs in Sydney and has a proud history of success on the field and in the community. I played for the club over a period of 15 years and was one of the many local players within the club that enjoyed the camaraderie over many years. I was well placed to understand the brand and values of this great club and I was fortunate enough to redesign their logo and complete a range of signage works. This was a great opportunity to modernise the brand, bring more exposure to the club, and to raise the importance of design and marketing for smaller businesses. All of my designs demonstrated an understanding of design principles such as Emphasis, Balance / Alignment, Contrast, Repetition, Proportion, Movement and White Space.
